I got a call from them on 14th Feb 2024 and they haven’t given up since. Nearly 4 months now! I picked up thinking it might be something urgent but the moment he started on about guttering and all that, I just ended the call. They’re really persistent.

EuroSeal Windows keep ringing me despite telling them to stop more than once. They probably have your full info like name and address too. I’d suggest filing a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (look up ICO complaint) to help put a stop to them not respecting your privacy.

Got a call from a woman with an accent I couldn’t place, asking if I was still up for changing my windows because of some recycling scheme. I asked which company she was with, and she said Euroseal, claimed they’d phoned before. Told her it wasn’t right to cold call like that trying to sell stuff and asked her not to ring me again.

Terrible experience, caller used a withheld number but did mention the company name and Hanley Stoke on Trent! This is the same place that phoned me and was heard in public yelling "Have a bloody Merry Christmas" while their sales team laughed! Stay clear of them. Cold calls full of rubbish spewed at normal folks and they get nasty with bad language when you say NO Thanks!!!

Got a call from a lady at Euroseal about a window estimate. She explained they thought I was the owner of the property and asked if I still wanted to be contacted. I told her I don't actually own the place, so it must be a wrong number. She was quite polite and helped by removing my info from their list.

Euroseal calls all the time, rushing through their name and company like they’re trying to be mates or something. We’ve told them at least 6 times to take us off their list, but no luck. Best just to block them out.

Got a couple of calls from a private number saying they were from Euroseal. They asked if I still needed my windows done, which I never did cos I just rent the place. When I said no, and that I’d moved into a new flat, they then asked how old the place was. Bit odd really.

Honestly, people are overreacting, Euroseal did a brilliant job for me. They installed my windows and the team were really friendly and professional. I've seen some moans about a "government grant" but if you actually listen to the salespeople, it’s not a real government grant. And you think some callers are rude? Some of you are way worse, being disrespectful to people just trying to work. Chill out a bit!
