Got a call about a car crash from a couple years back. They’ve been ringing constantly before, and when I lost my temper, the guy claimed I was being rude. He wouldn’t tell me his own name but said he worked for Direct Recovery. Since the call came from a local Stoke on Trent number, I asked where their office was.
