3 yearsWhat a load of codswallop! I received a call from this landline in Stoke on Trent, supposedly linked to the DVLA in Wales. They sent a message claiming I needed to sort out a payment via a dodgy .bitly link, which, of course, I had the good sense not to click on. Since I don’t even own a vehicle, it’s just embarrassing for those scam artists! They left a voicemail urging me to ring back, and when I did, I was met with a foreign call centre followed by an English robotic voice spouting nonsense about 'Avantis'. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this one! Definitely report it.Stoke on TrentDVLAWales10 yearsI've had my fair share of calls from Nexbridge Communications, and let me tell you, they’re nothing but a bunch of scammers! The 01782 number traces back to Stoke-on-Trent, supposedly for PPI claims, but they’ve also been ringing in from Nottingham, Bideford, and Manchester. Their pitches range from accident claims to offers about VAT helplines - all dodgy, if you ask me! - caller: Nexbridge call centreNexbridge CommunicationsStoke - on - TrentNottinghamBidefordManchesterNexbridge10 yearsThis morning at around 11.20, I received a call from this number but chose not to pick up.
