I get these quiet calls all the time, no one speaks, so I reckon it's a scam, maybe coming from somewhere in India or nearby.

I got a call from some automated voice, sounded like they had a really strong Asian accent, saying my internet was running slow and I needed to fix it fast. It felt like a total scam, trying to get me to pay or give info. Definitely dodgy, wouldn’t trust that call at all.
