I just ended the call and rang my actual provider who confirmed everything was fine with my account. Definitely sounds like a scam to me.

Got a call from this number saying my internet was being hacked and would be cut off in an hour. They told me to choose an option based on who my provider was. I didn’t bother and just ended the call. Later I contacted my broadband company and they confirmed everything was normal with my account. Sounds like a total scam to me.
