The company in question seems to be either Care Knight or Bath Knight, and it appears they are targeting vulnerable elderly folks to get them to trial bath aids for their own profit! It's a COLD CALL, so if you're not in the market for such products, steer clear of making any appointments. I managed to ring them back on 08001690690 to annul the appointment they had tricked her into scheduling. She believed it was a call from some sort of housing or social services. Such practices should be banned outright! How on earth did they acquire her name, address, and knowledge of her age?
