I received a rather dodgy phone call the other day, claiming that my internet was at risk and would be cut off within half an hour unless I pressed one to chat with a technician. Given that my connection is through a microwave system, I have a sneaking suspicion this is just a scam trying to reel people in. Quite the nuisance, isn't it?
