I recently noticed some odd goings-on with my bank account, as I've spotted a couple of dodgy transactions on my credit card. It seems like one of those classic banking scams that crop up now and again!

Received an irritating call out of the blue!

I got a dodgy automated call about supposedly two fraud charges on my credit card. The message sounded way too convincing this time, no wonder folks get tricked by these cons. Whenever my bank spots even one suspicious charge, they ring me up directly, and you actually speak to a real person, not some robotic voice. Just FYI everyone, this is definitely a scam, so don't get caught out!

They asked straight away for my bank info. Suspicious right from the start.

Got a voicemail saying there was some suspicious activity on my bank account, which wasn’t true at all. If I hadn’t hung up, I reckon they would’ve tried to get my bank info and then probably scam me. Watch out for these calls!

I got a call with a recorded message about some suspicious card activity, but it was totally fake.

It’s always the same voice on the line, saying there’s been some strange activity with my bank account. I started leaving a recorded reply so I wouldn’t end up getting rude to whoever’s calling.

Had a call today from someone pretending to be from Visa, trying to pull some kind of fraud scam. Watch out, it’s definitely not legit.

I've received yet another automated call claiming to be from Visa. This marks the third time today alone, each time from a different number. Quite persistent, aren't they?

I received a rather alarming automated message regarding my account security, claiming that there had been two transactions of £300 made on my card. It rang a bell as I’ve encountered a similar voicemail in the past. I decided to hang up immediately, as I consider this to be a significant scam attempt.

Beware, this is definitely a con! I received an automated call claiming there was an unauthorised transaction on my bank account. Absolute nonsense! I'm blocking this number immediately. It's clearly not the real deal.

I received an automated call claiming there was a £300 charge on Amazon and a £1100 overseas transaction. It’s complete rubbish, to be honest.
