The woman on the phone was quite insistent, claiming she could help me break my contract with BT. She even went as far as to suggest that BT is based in India. Quite a fascinating conversation, to say the least!

I received a rather unwelcome phone call from a persistent cold caller. They tricked me with a local area code that showed up on my caller ID, which made me think it was someone I might know. They were peddling business telecom services and had the audacity to use my first name, as though we were old chums! I didn’t stick around to listen to their so-called fantastic deals.
