Got called today out of the blue to sort a hospital appointment, bit last minute but all good. It was from UHNM Royal Stoke, which is totally legit. If there’s any issue with your appointment, just ring the number on your letter or drop an email to [email protected][###]. If you can’t find their contact, try calling the Appointment Centre on 01782 676676 (they’re open 8am-6pm Mon to Fri, and 9am-1pm on Saturdays). Keep in mind, you won’t be able to ring back the original number as some lines only do outgoing calls, so they won’t take incoming calls to avoid clogging up the line.
