Frustrated, I decided to give them a call to voice my grievances, only to be told they’re experiencing some sort of phone issues. I pointed out that their website suggests these 'issues' have been ongoing since 2011! I suggested it might be high time for them to sort it out, given it's been like this for over a decade. To top it all off, the representative even provided me with the wrong address! I received a rather puzzling call from a company named Fresh Finance Group. As soon as I picked up the phone, they promptly hung up! Curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to ring them back, only to be met with an excuse about having issues with their phone lines. I couldn't help but mention an old post I stumbled upon online from 2011, which described exactly the same sort of trouble. Quite suspicious, wouldn’t you say?
