Called a couple days ago by a woman with a strong Stoke accent asking if there was a safe spot to leave a parcel. I said no safe place here so they should either try us again or leave it with our reliable next door neighbour. Tried ringing the number back after but couldn’t get through or get an answer. Still no sign of the parcel though.

I double-checked with them about a secure spot for my parcel before leaving it, and they sent me an email afterwards which looked totally genuine. No doubts there.

Got a call from a woman, sounded middle-aged with a local accent, saying they couldn't leave a parcel at my place. But my house is never empty, so that didn't add up. She then asked where my "safe spot" might be to drop off packages. I just ended the call.
