Got a call from someone saying he was 'David' and from BT. He told me because I was a loyal customer, I'd get a refund for like three months on my bill. Then he asked for my bank details to sort it out. I said no straight away and he hung up. Didn’t even bother checking if I was actually a BT customer. Total SCAM.
