I just received a dodgy automated call claiming that my Amazon Prime subscription had been automatically renewed. They urged me to hit “1” if I wanted to sort out the payment cancellation. Sounds like a right scam to me!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon, showing a local number on my caller ID. They were saying I owed money for a parcel I hadn't ordered or missed. I just told them I hadn’t ordered anything and ended the call right away. Looks very much like a scam to me.
