Theres defo something weird about this number. It never actually rang my phone, but it showed up in the call history, so maybe BT's blocked it somehow, maybe cause it’s legit an international call or something.

Had a call from someone with an American accent wanting to talk to me. When I asked who it was, he said he was James from the government clean air strategy. As soon as I asked him to explain what the clean air strategy actually involved, he just ended the call.
