Yet another firm chasing after PPI claims! Honestly, they’re quite aggressive with their tactics. Despite being on the Telephone Preference Service, it seems to have little effect; I get bombarded with these calls on a daily basis!

C. P. S Media has unfortunately gone out of business and wrapped up its training programme back in January. Since then, we've taken charge of the ring centre. If anyone has reached out to you after that, we sincerely apologise. Once you know who it was that got in touch, please let us know, and we'll ensure they receive proper training on how to assist customers registered with the Telephone Preference Service.

CPS. As soon as we mentioned that our number is listed on the TPS register, the representative implied it was our responsibility to renew that status annually. Consequently, she claimed we were at fault for their calls! It appears these folks acquired our number via a third party, thereby believing they have the right to pester us! We’ve confirmed with the TPS, and our number is indeed registered. We've lodged a formal complaint against this company through the TPS online portal, and we urge others to take similar action.

I noticed this number reached out but didn’t leave any message on our answering machine. So, I’m left with no clue to return the call. It’s probably just another automated telemarketing call, to be honest. One solution we’ve considered is to simply disconnect our landline and rely solely on our mobiles. That said, we occasionally receive messages from businesses as well as private callers, often from friends, so I suppose we’re managing to sift through the noise somewhat successfully. All in all, it seems there’s a bit of a silver lining amidst the chaos! Thanks! EEDS
