I keep getting calls from these people overseas, can't understand a word they're saying, it's super annoying.

Got a call from some call centre with an Asian accent, there was a noise in the background like people chatting, then I just hung up.

phone rang but went dead as soon as i picked up, no one talking or anything, just silent then they hung up quick.

I answered the phone and there was this long silence from the other side, then some weird background noise. The person sounded foreign, but didn’t say anything clear before the line dropped after some rattling sounds. I just said hello and waited, nothing else. Definitely annoying and probably some kind of scam.
