I’m looking to find out which company is behind this phone number.

I just received a call from someone claiming to be from "BT Business Lines," urging us to return their call as it was marked as urgent. I can't shake the feeling that they’re probably trying to persuade us to switch our service provider. The caller mentioned they were representing Universal Group. Quite dubious, if you ask me!

It's affiliated with Unicom, or what they refer to as Universal Group. An absolute nuisance, if I'm honest! Each time these folk give me a bell, I end up ringing them back at least five times. They never say a word, which really gets on my nerves! If everyone started doing this, perhaps they'd finally catch on and call it a day. Wouldn't that be something?
