Got a call from someone claiming to be Eric at BT about some issue with my internet. I asked him to verify my name and account details. He got my name right but said I lived in a totally different town. The connection was really bad, I could barely hear him and had to ask him to say stuff again. Then, out of nowhere, he just ended the call. Definitely felt dodgy.

I've received calls from this number, and it's definitely dodgy. They claim to be representing Virgin Media, but I smell a rat!
