Received a call at 12:44 on the 20th of November. The caller identified herself as Susan, claiming she was reaching out regarding my BT broadband being at risk. She offered to guide me through the process of preventing unauthorised access to my computer and mentioned that she'd send a BT code for verification of her legitimacy. I didn’t follow her instructions at all, as I had received a similar call just a few days prior, albeit not from anyone named "Susan". I consistently report these fraudulent calls to the BT scam hotline, yet they keep flooding in.
