I got a call on the 20th of November at 12:44pm from a woman named Susan. She claimed there was a security issue with my BT broadband and said she’d help me block hackers from my computer. Susan mentioned she’d send a BT verification code to prove she was legit. I didn’t fall for it, especially since I’d already had a similar call a few days before from someone else. I always report these to BT’s scam department, but the phone still won’t stop ringing with these dodgy calls.
