3 yearsI received calls from this number twice today, stating they were from the refund department of Domestic and Care. I'm actually a customer of Domestic and General. They informed me I was due a refund of £149 due to some sort of overpayment. When I requested additional verification, all they could provide was my name and address. They were unable to identify which appliances I had coverage for, continuously mentioning a washing machine and fridge freezer, but couldn’t specify anything more. They also couldn’t clarify if my payments were made in full or in instalments. To top it all off, they insisted I confirm my bank details to process the refund, yet when I probed about which bank they supposedly had on file, they got it wrong!
