3 yearsToday I got two calls from this number claiming they were from Domestic and General’s refund team - but they called themselves Domestic and Care. They said I was owed £149 because of an overpayment. When I asked for any kind of verification, they just gave me my name and address. They couldn't tell me exactly which appliances I had covered, just kept mentioning a washing machine and fridge freezer. They also couldn’t explain whether I’d paid in full or in instalments. Then they tried to get me to confirm my bank details for a refund, but when I asked which bank I was with, they claimed they already had my info from previous payments - which was wrong.
