I received a call purporting to be from my broadband provider, claiming there was a problem with my connection. As I began to question the caller, suddenly the line went silent. Quite suspicious, wouldn’t you say?

I got a call on my landline from someone claiming they had notes about me having ongoing problems with my internet. I'm with Sky though, so I don’t see how they’d have any info like that. I told the bloke I wasn’t at all happy about the call and that if I had any issues, I’d deal with Sky myself. But he kept interrupting, going on about how I wasn’t listening to him! Didn’t want to keep going so I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.
