I received a phone call from someone claiming to be with Sky Technical Support. He mentioned he'd been alerted about some issues concerning my sluggish internet speed and wanted to run a speed test. The funny thing is, I've never even subscribed to Sky!

This number rang me up claiming to be from Sky, saying they'd got complaints about my internet speed being slow. They asked me to check the speed myself, which felt odd as surely they could see that already. I got a weird vibe, thinking they might try to get into my computer later. They kept me on the line while I was ‘checking’, but just before anything else happened (which I wasn’t even gonna do), I said I’d call back. Right after that, they just cut the call!
