I received a call from someone purporting to be from the BT technical department, insisting they were following up on a supposed question I had raised about my internet speed issues. Absolute rubbish, if you ask me! My router was functioning like a dream. I cut the conversation short without hesitation and made it clear that they had picked the wrong person to try their tricks on!
