Some bloke said he was Thomas from BT Openreach. I told him BT only contacts me by email, and then he got quite rude. This was a call to my home landline.

Got a call from someone pretending to be Virgin Media, saying other folks were on my internet connection. When I didn’t go along with their rubbish, he started swearing at me, telling me to go **** myself and dropping loads of bad words. Proper scam call.

Got a call from someone pretending to be Virgin Media, saying other folks were on my internet. When I didn't fall for it and questioned them, they started hurling insults and told me to go **** myself and other nasty stuff. Proper scammer behaviour, avoided it quick.
