Since we've been experiencing some glitches, it sounded believable at first. They asked me to download Zoho to look into the problem more closely and wanted my login info. That’s when I questioned why they hadn’t done any security checks, and their reply was they'd handle that afterwards. Didn’t feel right, so I ended the call and rang Sky immediately.
