Received a rather dodgy call this evening at 10:06 pm on the 26th of July, from the number 01782254729. The caller claimed to be from Sky, stating we were experiencing internet issues. Now, as luck would have it, we've had a few glitches ourselves recently, which made it all sound plausible. They insisted that we download something called Zoho to help them get a clearer picture of the situation. When she probed about security checks, they whimsically said that would come later. Sensing something wasn't quite right, she promptly terminated the call and reached out to Sky directly. Turns out, they had no records of any contact with us whatsoever. This is undeniably a scam that warrants further investigation.
