I pointed out that if she truly represented Virgin, she'd have my email on hand to contact me directly. This didn’t sit well with her; she became flustered and declared she was not permitted to send emails but that she could certainly sever my broadband connection. The conversation took a turn for the worse when she resorted to swearing and abruptly hung up.
