I've had this number ring me twice over the course of two mornings. On the last occasion, I was met with silence on the other end. Previously, the caller claimed I could enrol in some plan he was peddling that promised to eliminate all those annoying silent calls-yet here he was, making them himself! Quite the contradictory situation, isn't it?
