I got a call from this number which turned out to be Euro Seal. Missed the first call, so when they rang back, I picked up since I was waiting for them. Turns out it was their sales crew just double-checking my appointment.

Yesterday, I got a call from an unknown number with no ID showing. The person on the line said I was eligible for some free funding. Later on, the same number rang me again, this time saying they were from Euro Seal, offering to measure my windows and provide a quote. When I mentioned the free funding I’d been told about, they suddenly said the windows and doors weren’t actually free. It seemed fishy to me, like a total con. I told them to stop bothering me and have since blocked the number.

Yesterday, I got a call from these folks about swapping out my old central heating boiler, which made me realise that even though they go by Euroseal, they’re not just about windows anymore. Euroseal in Hanley has been an absolute nightmare. They’ve been blowing up my phone multiple times a day since December. So persistent and downright rude! I’ve told them countless times that I’m not interested but they just don’t back off. Just today, they called twice to say they’ll be in the area next week. Even with my number registered on the TPS, they still manage to get through. They openly admit they know I’m not interested, yet keep pushing for a quote. This number just rang me up claiming I could get £5000 to replace my windows. I told them my entire house only has one door and one window, so do I still qualify for the money? The woman on the other end said it was for a full house. I told her, "That’s my full house then, one door and one window." I asked for their company details and manufacturer info, and she got proper flustered and annoyed. Honestly, winding them up like that is the best way to make them hang up. She said she wanted to call others nearby, so I wished her luck before letting her know I’m actually a window fitter by profession. Then said goodbye.

Euroseal Windows from Stoke on Trent have been ringing my landline about 6 times in a couple of hours while I was out at work, and never left a voicemail. Bit pushy if you ask me. I live in a new build that’s under a year old, so they clearly didn’t check first. Just begging for attention or what?

He told me he’d been in touch about windows and doors, but I told him I wouldn’t have reached out since it’s a private rental. He then said he had spoke with the landlord. I said my landlord would have told me if anything like that was going on. He was quite rude and refused to give his name or ask to speak to whoever had allegedly contacted him. So, I just ended the call.

Got a ring from this bloke who was shouting down the phone, going on about how he’d chatted with me last year. I was just about to say I’m all sorted with doors and windows but he wouldn’t let me get a word in. Honestly, why do these people even bother? The TPS really needs sorting out, I’m on the list but still get bombarded with these annoying cold calls.

Got a phone call tonight at about 7.28pm from someone at Euroseal who was really quite rude. Sounded like the usual sales spiel others have mentioned, claiming they’d already had a chat with me about my windows some time ago. I told him I didn’t remember that and wasn’t interested. Then he said he actually liked being called a liar - not once, but twice! I told him he was being very impolite and hung up straight away. I wonder if their managers actually listen to these calls? I’ve blocked the number now and will tell my friends and family to do the same. Another thing that bothered me was how he knew my name, especially as my number’s supposed to be unlisted. Would be curious to know where they get that info from!

In the past, I’ve purchased windows from company B and thought they were pretty decent. But this bloke has been asking me all sorts of weird personal stuff, and each time he’s been quite rude. Makes me think he might be a dodgy staff member or something.

Got a call from this number at around 6:45 in the evening on 8th January 2016. The bloke on the phone said his name was "Darrell" and that he was from Euroseal. He had no idea who I was and kept going on about something called TPS, which I’d never come across before.

This number rang me around 5.30pm this evening, said they were from Euroseal Windows in Stoke-on-Trent. Like many others, I'm on the TPS list. I didn’t pick up, it went straight to voicemail and then they just hung up. I tried ringing back to tell them how annoyed I was and warn them I'd report them to TPS, but the automated system just sent me round the houses, ending with either dead ends or being cut off. Lovely customer service if you ask me! Would anyone seriously trust them to buy from? I bloody hope not!
