Yesterday, I got a call from an unknown number with no ID showing. The person on the line said I was eligible for some free funding. Later on, the same number rang me again, this time saying they were from Euro Seal, offering to measure my windows and provide a quote. When I mentioned the free funding I’d been told about, they suddenly said the windows and doors weren’t actually free. It seemed fishy to me, like a total con. I told them to stop bothering me and have since blocked the number.

I've been inundated with persistent calls from a bloke called John, who seems to think he's the bee's knees. His tone is quite abrasive and downright impertinent! In the space of just five minutes, he phoned my mobile a staggering seven times, and then tried my landline from a withheld number. When I opted not to answer, he even had the gall to send me a message insisting I return his call! Honestly, he has no business addressing me in such a manner. Euroseal in Hanley - where does one even begin? These nuisances have been ringing me incessantly, multiple times a day since December - it's absolutely maddening! They are both aggressive and discourteous, showing no signs of understanding the word 'no.' Today alone, I’ve had two calls from them claiming they’ll be in the vicinity next week. I’ve repeatedly expressed my lack of interest, yet they persist with their relentless pursuit. Although I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service, these calls still manage to get through. Astonishingly, they actually state, “we know you’re not keen, but allow us to provide a quote.” This situation warrants immediate attention!

My poor grandmother is absolutely beside herself! I received a rather cheeky call from a gentleman named Daryl, who was adamant that we had a previous discussion regarding doors and windows. I was quite taken aback, as I had no recollection of such a chat. He grew increasingly confrontational, asserting that we indeed had conversed. His relentless nature was quite overwhelming, and ultimately, I had no choice but to hang up on him. I reckon this company warrants a closer look, as they might be misleading those who are more susceptible.

He told me he’d been in touch about windows and doors, but I told him I wouldn’t have reached out since it’s a private rental. He then said he had spoke with the landlord. I said my landlord would have told me if anything like that was going on. He was quite rude and refused to give his name or ask to speak to whoever had allegedly contacted him. So, I just ended the call.

Just received a rather boisterous call from an individual proclaiming that we had chatted last year. I was in the process of mentioning that I’ve already sorted out my doors and windows when he abruptly interrupted me. Honestly, what’s the point? The Telephone Preference Service really ought to do better, as I keep getting inundated with these pesky unsolicited calls, even though I’m already on the register!

I received a rather unpleasant call at half past seven this evening from a rather impolite chap from Euroseal. His spiel sounded pretty familiar, as he claimed to have chatted with me some time back about my windows. I politely informed him that I didn’t recall any such conversation and that I wasn’t interested in what he was selling. To my astonishment, he responded by saying he relished being accused of dishonesty-twice! I pointed out how rude he was being and promptly hung up. Don’t their higher-ups ever review these calls? I've since added this number to my phone’s block list, and I’ll certainly be warning my friends and family to do the same. To top it all off, he addressed me by name, which I found particularly concerning since my number is supposed to be confidential. In the past, I've purchased windows from this particular firm, and I've always been quite impressed with their service. However, I'm beginning to suspect that one of their staff members might not be the most honourable. This individual has approached me multiple times, each instance more abrasive than the last, bombarding me with intrusive and irrelevant personal queries. It's rather unsettling, to say the least.

It was clear he had no clue who he was calling and seemed completely unaware of the Telephone Preference Service. Quite bewildering, really!

Had a ring from this number around half five this afternoon. Turns out it's Euroseal Windows based in Stoke-on-Trent. Like many, we're signed up with the Telephone Preference Service. I didn’t pick up, and they just left a voicemail before hanging up. When I tried to call back to voice my frustration and mention that I’d be lodging a complaint with TPS, the recorded messages just routed me through a maze of extensions that either went silent or disconnected me completely! What a lovely outfit to engage with! Can anyone actually see themselves purchasing from them? I would hope not!
