Beware of this outfit claiming to be BT! I received a call from a robotic voice threatening disconnection if I didn’t engage. Whatever you do, don’t play into their hands, as you might end up racking up charges and losing your hard-earned cash. BT can't intervene since the source of the call is overseas, so exercise caution!
