When I picked up, there was this automated message offering me two choices. If you pick option 1, you get connected to some dodgy person who seems to be fishing for your details. Option 2, on the other hand, is just an automated voice asking if you want to cancel your internet or phone service. Definitely avoid option 2, feels like it could be a trap!
