Got a call from someone with a central belt accent, called herself 'Pamela'. She actually knew my name, so it wasn't just a random dial. She went on about some money I'd supposedly got for energy-saving stuff. I just ended the call straight away.

I've been bombarded with calls from this lot, and their attitude is downright rude whenever we ask to be taken off their list.
