Got a call from some scammer the other day.

I've been getting calls from the number 01779481100 for the past ten evenings. I inadvertently answered once, but there was complete silence on the other side, and the line dropped after about five seconds. Quite perplexing, to say the least!

I’m pretty sure this same firm has rung me up in the past. They kept trying to get to 'Mr Green' and then pushed a sales pitch no matter what. This time it was about life insurance. I slammed down the phone and blocked their number, but they still managed to call my work line!
