Honestly, there's no point in picking up the phone. Several calls came through from them earlier, and not once did they bother leaving a message. They just cut off the call as soon as you say hello. Such a useless bunch, really. Just go ahead and block that number, trust me.

don’t know who rang me, they only had my previous address on file and asked for the new one. i just hung up, seemed dodgy to me.
