i got this automated call supposedly from bt saying my internet and landline would be cut off within a day. it offered a choice to speak with an engineer. i pressed the option and then an indian bloke answered, calling himself henry martin. he said it wasnt about the landline but something technical with my internet connection, claiming bt had spotted some warning signs. he then said my name but got my initial wrong. i knew straight away it was dodgy so i just hung up, thinking it was a scam.
