Got a robo call telling me my Amazon Prime subscription payment was going to be taken from my bank and to press 1 if I wanted to talk to customer support. Problem is, I’ve never even signed up for Amazon Prime. So I reached out to Amazon myself, and they told me I don’t have any prime account at all. They also said the call wasn’t from their team and they’d look into what’s going on.
