On 29th April 2019 at about 3.22pm, I got a call from someone with a British accent saying my BT internet was about to be disconnected. I chose option 2, hoping to stop the call, but then I was passed on to a bloke with an Indian accent who claimed his name was Steven and said my internet was at risk. He wanted to know who the account holder was, but I could tell he was having me on, so I told him outright I knew it was a scam and asked him to stop bothering me.
