I received a phone call from a young lady who had a distinct Liverpool accent the other day. She mentioned she was representing RG or something similar (I didn’t quite catch the full name). The conversation revolved around an accident I supposedly had in the past three years. I was perplexed, as I couldn’t recall having any mishaps of that nature, so I simply told her I hadn’t been in any accidents and swiftly ended the call.

I noticed the number was from my locality, so I decided to pick up the call. A young woman on the other end inquired if she was speaking to Mrs... but that wasn't me. I asked her if there was something I could assist with, and she swiftly apologised before hanging up.

I've had a similar encounter as mentioned by the last person! A call came through today from someone I can't quite place. They were familiar with my name and mentioned something about my past work in an industrial setting, almost as if they were expecting me to spill more details. It was a lady on the line, sporting a distinct Liverpool accent. Just the usual dodgy company trying to fish for information and ruin my day, isn't it? I'm seriously considering getting a premium number just to plaster it all over the internet-I'd happily endure calls from all sorts if it means they get a taste of their own medicine!

I received a couple of calls from this number, one yesterday and another today. I'm quite baffled by the whole thing as I've no idea who they might be. Strangely, they seemed to know my name, and today, a woman with what sounded like a Liverpool accent claimed to understand that I had experience in an industrial setting, which is entirely untrue. I found it rather unsettling and decided to end the conversation. I was actually waiting for a call from the vet! I’ll be blocking this number posthaste, although I suspect they'll just ring me from a different one. What a bother!
