I got a call but no voicemail was left. When I rang back, an older British gentleman answered and then passed the phone to his wife. She said they hadn’t phoned me and mentioned some weird issue with their phone. She suspected a scam too and refused to answer any more questions. She suggested if I was concerned, I should get in touch with my phone provider. Looks like their private number might’ve been hijacked.
