Bereits zum zweiten Mal hat mich diese Nummer in weniger als einer Woche kontaktiert. Beim ersten Anruf wollte die Person wissen, ob ich eine gewisse Nawal sei. Als ich dies verneinte, wollte er gar meinen Namen wissen. "Wenn Sie von ePlus sind, sollten Sie das doch eigentlich wissen." Jetzt der zweite Anruf, "Hier Schitt, *blabla*, ist Herr Adam Nawal da?" Natürlich nicht, falscher Anschluss! "Sie müssen wohl Frau Nawal meinen." Und dann einfach aufgelegt. Unverfroren!

So, there I was, chatting with a rather inept call centre worker, who clearly had a brain far below room temperature. This chap attempted to peddle me an ePlus Family Card while simultaneously trying to deactivate my own card, can you believe it? He resorted to some rather half-baked threats, but in the end, he bottled it and ended the call himself. What a farcical encounter!

Es scheint, als ob ein Angestellter von E-Plus aus der Qualitätsabteilung Fragen zu den Bonuszahlungen seiner Kollegen stellte. Leider wurde dies nicht verifiziert. Man kann nur spekulieren, was das bedeutet!
