Today, I've received a couple of calls from this number. The person on the line claims that my broadband will soon be cut off and proceeds to offer me some sort of instructions. I've reached out to BT to clarify, and they've confirmed that it's a scam aimed at fishing for personal details.

Got a call from this number saying they were from BT and that I needed to follow some steps to stop my broadband being cut off. I rang BT myself and found out it’s a scam trying to steal personal info and install stuff on your computer. The automated caller tried a few times today, pretty annoying.
