I've been getting calls from some place in Manchester, they use this trick where the number looks like it's local on your phone, so you think it’s someone from around here and you’re more likely to pick up or ring back. Seems like they manage to dodge the TPS regulations somehow, even though my mobile’s been on the TPS list for ages. When I asked them for their address, they just wouldn’t say.
