Got a call from what sounded like a computer voice saying they were from BT, warning me my internet and landline would be disconnected soon. Problem is, I’m not even a BT customer, never had internet with them at all. Definitely seemed dodgy to me.

I've got a landline that isn't with BT, and these calls come through with American accents, which is pretty odd.
