She urged me to press 2 to reach BT directly. Naturally, I hung up and decided to ring BT myself, only to find out they had no idea what I was on about, and as it turns out, our internet was just fine. Oddly enough, my husband also got a similar call later on, but this time it was a foreign chap delivering the same alarming news.
