Don’t fall for this, it’s a scam. Sky Q boxes belong to Sky, it says so in their terms and conditions. I got a call from this number saying it was Sky, trying to get me to pay a yearly fee for fixing my box. Sky told me straight this is a con. When I called them out on it, the line just went dead.
