Got a call from a very polite guy with an Indian accent, saying there was some sort of weird activity on our IP address, like someone was trying to break in. When I asked why I hadn’t received an email first to set up a time, he got a bit muddled and just kept repeating that the IP address had to be changed right away and I had to go on the internet to sort it out. Felt a bit off to me.
