Earlier today I got a ring from 01775711753 with this weird automated voice talking about my IP address or something. Sounded dodgy so I just hung up, figured it was some kind of scam.

Got a call from 01775711753 sayin my internet was hacked and they'd cut me off unless I pressed 1 on my phone. I just hung up straight away. Later, I dialled 1471 to check the number and jotted it down. I’ve also contacted my internet provider and they’re checking it out now. Watch out folks, don’t fall for this sort of thing!

I got a call today from some automated voice saying my internet was at risk because foreign hackers were messing with it, and they claimed it’d get cut off soon. They wanted me to press something for details, but I didn’t bother and just hung up. Honestly, I’d just block these kind of calls straight away and not trust them one bit.
