The number looked like it was from Spalding in Lincolnshire, judging by the dial code, but I reckon it could've been faked. I got a recorded message from a woman, but her accent was hard to pin down and sounded foreign. She was rambling about some issue with my Amazon account being hacked or something. To be honest, I didn’t bother hanging around to catch all of it since it was muffled and totally seemed like one of those usual scam calls. Luckily, my landline has a call blocker, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.
