Got a call on 19th Jan 2015 at 11:12 but didn’t say anything or leave a message. From what I read online, it’s apparently from the National Work Union, trying to follow up on unclaimed accident claims.

Got a call from someone asking why I hadn't made a claim for an accident supposedly at a factory. The weird thing is, I've never set foot in a factory before. When I tried asking who they were, they said something like "National Work..." but cut me off and ended the call. I’m on the telephone preference service too yet these calls don’t stop. I always avoid doing surveys precisely because of this kind of hassle. Is there any proper way to put an end to this? It’s so frustrating.
