Had a call from a woman with an Indian accent, claiming she was from BT and there was some problem with my account. I told her I wasn’t a BT customer, but she insisted that BT actually manages all the routers for other phone companies. I found it quite hard to follow. When I asked her to send me the info by email, she just suddenly ended the call. Honestly, that’s when I knew something was off.
